1. Introduction
Welcome to List Rentals LLC. By using our website and renting our equipment, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Rental Terms

Rentals include trailers, car dollies, bike dollies, and other tow-behind equipment.
Rental rates are based on daily, weekly, or monthly pricing.
A $125 security deposit is required and refundable upon proper return of the equipment.
Late returns beyond the 30-minute grace period will incur fees.

3. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at pickup or before delivery.
Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
Early returns are eligible for prorated refunds based on weekly or monthly rates (excluding one-day rentals).

4. Liability & Indemnification

Renters assume full responsibility for the rented equipment and any damages incurred.
List Rentals LLC is not liable for accidents, injuries, or improper use of rented items.
Accessories (e.g., straps, brake controllers) are provided as-is without warranties.

5. Prohibited Uses
Renters must not:

Overload the trailer beyond specified weight limits.
Modify or alter the rented equipment.
Use the trailer for illegal purposes or transport hazardous materials.

6. Insurance Requirements

Renters must provide proof of valid auto insurance covering the trailer.
If uninsured, renters must purchase coverage through an approved provider.

7. Returns & Fees

Trailers must be returned in the same condition as received.
A $350 cleaning fee applies for excessive dirt or debris.
Late fees of $50 per hour or $350 per day will be charged.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, arbitration in Passaic County, NJ.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Trailer Return Requirements

The renter must return the trailer to the designated location at the agreed-upon time.
A 30-minute grace period is allowed for late returns. After this, late return fees will apply.
The trailer must be returned in the same condition as when rented, excluding normal wear and tear.

2. Late Returns & Fees

Late return fee: $50 per hour or $350 per day, whichever is applicable.
Fees will continue to apply daily until the trailer is returned.
Extensions must be approved in advance via phone and written confirmation (text/email) from List Rentals LLC.

3. Early Returns & Refunds

Pro-rated refunds are available for early returns only for weekly or monthly rentals.
One-day rentals are non-refundable if returned early.
Refunds for early returns will be based on the weekly or monthly rental rate, with the refund calculated for unused days.

4. Cleaning & Damage Fees

A $350 cleaning fee applies if the trailer is returned dirty or with debris.
The renter is responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

All cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
If a reservation is canceled after payment is made or the renter does not arrive at the scheduled pickup time, the amount paid will be forfeited.
Same-day rental cancellations do not qualify for refunds or credits.

6. Dispute Process

The renter must provide photo documentation before pickup and after return to dispute any damage charges.
List Rentals LLC will assess damages within 24 hours of return, and disputes must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the assessment.

7. Security Deposit Refund

The $125 security deposit is refundable if the trailer is returned in proper condition.
Deductions will be made for any damages, cleaning fees, late returns, or other violations of the rental terms.
Security deposit refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the trailer’s return and inspection.
